This is not a corporate-managed rental. It is owner-managed and personally curated — refreshed with care and attention to every detail.

The heart of the home is the open gathering space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow effortlessly together. It’s a space meant for shared meals, late-night conversations, morning coffee, and memory-making.

Downstairs offers a secondary lounge area — ideal for kids, teens, or simply spreading out while still staying connected.

We’ve thoughtfully stocked the home so you can travel lighter and relax more:
• A curated coffee bar with drip coffee, Keurig, tea, creamers, and flavored syrups
• Plush towels and cozy robes
• Bathroom essentials and toiletries

Each of the five bedrooms has its own personality while still tying into the warmth and woodland feel of Bear Oaks Retreat.

The Space

Bear Oaks Retreat is designed for connection, comfort, and flexibility — whether you're gathering with family, celebrating a milestone, or simply enjoying time away in the Tennessee hills.

The home offers multiple living areas, thoughtful sleeping arrangements, and the kind of practical touches that make group travel easy.

Main Living Area

The upper level features a bright, welcoming living room perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. The fully equipped kitchen and dining space provide everything you need to cook, gather, and linger a little longer.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Layout

The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests:

• Main-level King Suite with private ensuite bathroom and walk-through closet
• Three Queen bedrooms upstairs
• Lower-level twin bedroom designed with younger guests in mind
• Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room
• Full air mattress available for flexible arrangements

The layout allows for both togetherness and privacy — ideal for multi-generational families or friend groups.

Downstairs you’ll find a second living area with a cozy fireplace and TV — a perfect space for movie nights, kids to unwind, or early risers who don’t want to disturb the rest of the house.
